I have been inundated by e-mail.   A virtual deluge of demand for my football previews has flooded my inbox.   I will write them, but to be honest, spending hours on the NFL one, only to have it disappear, was a beating.

I know that you all will understand.   I also know that you will not understand if you don’t get my picks for this kickoff weekend of college football.
